During the New Year holiday period, we will be suspending product shipments and responding to inquiries as follows:

New Year's holiday period

December 30, 2025 (Tuesday) - January 4, 2026 (Sunday)
■Kuramae Shop
December 30, 2025 (Tuesday) - January 5, 2026 (Monday)
Shipping Schedule

| December 25th (Thursday) after 10:00 | Shipments will begin sequentially from Monday, January 5th |
*For orders placed after the 26th, if we are able to accommodate them, we will ship them as usual and may deliver them before the end of the year.
*Due to the above operational changes, we will be suspending the date and time specification service for orders from Thursday, December 26th until the beginning of the new year.
*Traffic congestion is expected during the New Year holidays, so please allow sufficient time when ordering.
Inquiry response
We will not be able to respond to inquiries during the above holiday period (December 30th to January 4th).
We will respond to inquiries received during the holiday period in order from Monday, January 5, 2026.
Kuramae store closure period
